What is the returns procedure?
Physical Item Purchases
This includes, screens, chargers, keyboards and any other PART we have supplied to you, this does not include any repairs.
If you would like to return your item because you're not happy with it, it's the wrong item, faulty or any other reason then contact us with your concerns and include the email address, postcode and / or order ref number used when the order was placed all of these returns are FREE. All overseas / non UK orders are subject to a £15 surcharge on returns and the customer pays the return postage.
Under the distance selling act in the UK you have fourteen (14) calender days from the day after you received your item to notify us of any discrepancy with your order. Please see The OFT Gov website.
How much my screen repair cost?
This depends on the make, model and type of device you have and the repair required. Prices start from £54.99 for screen repairs and go to £400 for the high end £2500 Sony Vaio and Apple Macs. Other repairs start from £89.99 for keyboards and jacks to £129.99 for motherboard repairs.
How long will it take?

Depending on the service you opt for will determine what speed of service you will receive.
Other Repair Services
A minimum of 10 working days repair time. If parts need to be ordered this time will increase up-to but rarely beyond 30 working days. We will notify you of this within 10 working days and if you wish to proceed we will order the part.
Physical Item Purchases
All spare parts or replacement parts are sent via Royal Mail on a 1-2 working day signed for service. If you're from outside the UK a minimum of 10 working days maximum of 30 working days should be expected.
What do I do if you need to collect my device?
You need to pack your device according to the specifications we provide click here. If these are not adhered to the insurance is invalidated and any damage sustained will not be covered by us nor our carrier companies. The specification is not that harsh we just required 1 inch or good quality packing and a ridged box.
You need to be there when you say you are or there may be a charge of £10 applied and / or deducted from any amount you'd already paid.
You need to attached all of labels we provide or this will result in your order being delayed because we will not open the box for 7 working days or until you contact us.

What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers the screen failing by natural means, i.e., not you breaking it. If the image is very faint and the screen does not light up on the newer LED screens it's more than likely to be the screen at fault. On older CCFL screens this is normally the inverter that is faulty and this is not covered because it's a separate part and not what we replaced when we repaired your screen. We do have a fixed price of £59.99 collect, repair and return, for no backlight on CCFL screens.
If the screen has lines running from top to bottom (banding) and not through misuse this is covered. All warranty repairs take place at head office and it is your responsibility to get the device to us, we can arrange the carrier for you both ways for a total price of £24.99. The guarantee we offer only covers one screen failure above this we will offer a parts and carrier only service, this means you will need to pay for the parts and the carrier to and from us only labour is free.
Motherboard Graphics Socket RAM
The guarantee covers the same part going faulty, or the repair we complete fails, if the laptop fails in any other way it will not be under the guarantee. You will need to return the device to us at your cost (this can be arranged by us for £24.99) and we will complete the repair including parts for free and return it to you. The guarantee only covers one repair, the reason for this is if it's a common fault and the manufacturer has produced a faulty machine it's not our responsibility to cover their work.
The guarantee covers the screen going faulty not the screen cracking. Typical faults are a band of white horizontally or vertically or the screen being faint. The screen going faint can also be the inverter on older laptops this is not covered buy the guarantee, we can repair this for £49.99 including collect > repair > return. If the parcel arrives damaged you must refuse it, if you do not then you must report it to us in 7 working days for a replacement, we will offer a replacement first if you do not take the replacement you will need to pay for the return otherwise we will send you a returns label.
The guarantee covers the charger going faulty and not charging your device, the guarantee does not cover the casing cracking or the cables to and from the charger breaking.
